SUMMARY: The Quality Control Inspector II is an intermediate level mechanical inspector role. The primary function of the role is to inspect components and assemblies for dimensional, aesthetic and workmanship characteristics. Simultaneously, the Quality Control Inspector II will verify documentation is complete and accurate from internal and external suppliers. This Team Member will perform all mechanical inspection using micrometers, calipers height gages and hardness testing equipment and will log data as required. The Quality Control Inspector II will interpret measuring results passing confirming product and will generate non-conformance documentation. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: 

LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to speak and understand basic safety and manufacturing instructions. 

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers. Ability to multiply and divide with 10’s and 100’s. 

REASONING ABILITY: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations. 

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS: Authorization to work in the United States. To conform to U.S. export control regulations, you should be eligible for any required authorizations from the U.S. Government.
