We are currently seeking a Mobile Tap ‘N Fly Ambassador to join the team as a key member to take part in the next step of our Successful Tap ‘N Fly Product at MFE. You will be part of the next stage of our Tap ‘N Fly Success.

What You’ll Do:

  • As a Mobile Tap ‘N Fly Ambassador you will engage with customers verifying compliance with Tap ‘N Fly.
  • Help Customers with Tap ‘N Fly Registration.
  • Promote the Tap ‘N Fly Model conveying the benefits such as skipping the lines to customers.
  • Promote Swift Pass Enrollment for a cleaner and more streamlined process.
  • Contribute to higher customer conversions in registrations.
  • Provide Customers with parking rate and lot information.
  • Answer any customer questions related to parking.
  • Smile, Engage, and Help our customers.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Outgoing and comfortable approaching customers.
  • Friendly, approachable, and upbeat with a positive attitude.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish, Speak, read, and write.
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
