Familiarity with various welding processes (such as MIG, TIG, or Stick), industry safety standards, and certifications like CWB or AWS are typically required. Adaptability, excellent communication, and the ability to work well in remote teams are valuable soft skills. These qualifications are crucial since the role involves working in isolated locations on demanding projects, often with tight schedules and diverse teams.
