Fly In Fly Out (FIFO) Offshore jobs refer to positions where employees are flown to remote offshore locations, such as oil rigs or mining sites, to work for a set period (often several weeks), followed by a period of leave at home. This rotation allows workers to live at home when not on shift, rather than relocating permanently. FIFO offshore roles can include engineers, operators, medics, chefs, and more.
