MIG/TIG Welder – $29–34/hr + Overtime | ASME Pressure Vessel Work (Shop – Local)

We’re hiring experienced welders for full-time shop work fabricating ASME code pressure vessels and industrial equipment that power industries, support infrastructure, and keep everyday life moving.

Pay & Benefits

What You’ll Do

  • Perform MIG and TIG welding on ASME pressure vessels and components
  • Use both manual & semi-automated welding equipment
  • Weld pipe and structural components to code requirements
  • Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and fabrication drawings
  • Fit, align, and assemble components prior to welding
  • Inspect welds to ensure quality and compliance with specifications

Requirements

  • Ability to speak, read, and write in English
  • Ability to read blueprints and weld symbols
  • Strong attention to detail and weld quality
  • Ability to pass a weld test (MIG and TIG carbon plate 2G & 3G is required . TIG carbon pipe 6G is preferred.                                                                                                                                                                                                                               Preferred (Not Required)
  • 2+ years of welding experience
  • Experience with ASME code welding
  • Background in pressure vessel or process equipment fabrication
  • Experience with pipe welding and fabrication
