Responsibilities

  • Facilitate clinical discussions that drive patient-focused action and engage entire accounts to overcome barriers.
  • Create and execute territory business plans using shared priorities to drive product demand and superior results.
  • Apply knowledge of the healthcare landscape and decision-making processes across provider offices and health systems.
  • Manage territory with a business-owner mindset; own outcomes with urgency while following company policies and regulations.
  • Deliver compliant product presentations and educational discussions using approved resources.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally (marketing, market access, etc.) and operate with an enterprise mindset to share customer insights.
  • Use customer/market data and multi-channel approaches to drive selling engagements; prioritize accounts data-driven.
Qualifications/Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree strongly preferred (significant relevant experience without degree considered).
