In Search Of:
Part-time Senior Program Specialist who can run senior programs for Y on the Fly throughout Stark County
Available Shifts:
  • Monday through Friday with various class times between 9am and 2pm

Qualifications:
  • Dynamic individual with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • CPR and AED certification preferred, but will provide
  • Certification from nationally-recognized fitness accreditation agency
  • Able to teach multiple formats, preferred
  • Valid Drivers License

Responsibilities:
  • Meet and greet the members with enthusiasm
  • Design class format appropriate for type of class and participants
  • Serve as a good role model
  • Communicate with team members
  • Address difficult situations by using the YMCA Character Values as a guide
