We take pride in delivering highquality workmanship safely, efficiently, and professionally. We are expanding our team and seeking dependable Laborers to support our field operations.


Position Overview

We are looking for hardworking, reliable Laborers to join our construction crews. The ideal candidate is motivated, safetyminded, and willing to learn new skills. This role involves physical labor, working outdoors in various conditions, and supporting equipment operators and crew leaders on civil construction job sites.

Responsibilities

  • Perform general labor tasks on construction sites, including digging, grading, and site cleanup
  • Assist with installation of utilities (water, sewer, storm drainage, etc.)
  • Support equipment operators and follow directions from supervisors
  • Safely use hand tools and small equipment
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Follow all company safety procedures and comply with OSHA guidelines
  • Load and unload materials as required
  • Other duties as assigned to support project needs


Qualifications

  • Previous construction experience preferred but not required
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks (lifting, bending, walking on uneven terrain)
  • Reliable transportation to and from job sites
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
  • Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment
  • Must be able to work outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Must pass any required pre-employment screenings


Physical Requirements

  • Frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, and reaching on uneven surfaces
  • Ability to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, and dust
  • Ability to work in physically demanding environments, including trenches, excavation areas, and active construction sites
  • Stamina to perform repetitive tasks for extended periods
  • Ability to climb in and out of trenches, equipment, and work areas safely
  • Good handeye coordination for using hand tools and performing detail-oriented tasks
  • Ability to operate or assist with small tools and equipment, sometimes requiring vibration or forceful movements
  • Ability to stand and walk for long periods (up to 812 hours depending on job needs)
  • Reliable vision, hearing, and depth perception to maintain safety around machinery and vehicles
  • Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) such as hard hats, safety glasses, gloves, highvisibility vests, and steeltoe boots
