At Valley, we require our Medical Assistant team to be friendly, professional, outgoing, proactive, and able to deal with stressful situations on the fly. Come be part of our awesome MA team!

Our group is looking to hire a Part Time medical assistant. We need someone willing to work at all 3 of our locations PROVO, OREM AND SPANISH FORK.




Full Time Defined: 4 shifts per week (Friday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday)Most shifts on average are 6-9 hours/day depending on the provider's schedule.



  • Shift start and end vary from day to day (This is dependent on the provider you work with that day)
  • You must be able to work full days (at the earliest 7:30am until 6:00pm at the latest) **We cannot accommodate individuals who can only work mornings or afternoon**

EXAMPLE OF A WORK SCHEDULE [this is just an example to give you an idea of our varying start and end times]


  • Monday - Location Provo with Dr. Valley, Start work at 8:00am, last patient is at 4:00pm (meaning you'd probably get off at 4:30pm)
  • Tuesday- Location Orem with Nurse Practitioner Susie Health, Start work at 10:00am, last patient is at 4:45pm
  • Wednesday- OFF
  • Thursday- OFF
  • Friday- Location Spanish Fork with Dr. Coffee, Start work at 9:00am, last patient is at 1:30pm

You will NOT be required to work weekends or major holidays!



Job description/requirements:


  • Must be able to pass a background check.




  • Must have a current CNA or MA license.




  • You must be willing to travel to all 3 of our locations - Provo, Orem and Spanish Fork




  • Hourly wage dependent on clinical experience



Basic job duties:
  • Assist Doctor/NP/CNMs in clinic seeing patients- by obtaining patient weight, blood pressure, and medical history.
  • Assisting with in office procedures such as IUD insertions, colposcopies, Nexplanon insertions and pap smears.
  • Phlebotomy and lab responsibilities
  • Must have good communication skills, organization and patient care.
  • Must be able to multitask, and enjoy working in a busy clinic.
