WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a member of the Epic Aircraft Delivery Team, the Aircraft Delivery Administrative Assistant plays an important role in creating a seamless and memorable delivery experience for each new Epic E1000 owner. This position is ideal for someone who understands the general aviation customer perspective, has a passion for aviation, and takes pride in providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate is cheerful, professional, highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. You'll help guide customers through the final steps of taking delivery of their new Epic E1000. You'll help ensure that every detail is organized, accurate, and ready for a positive customer experience. TheAircraft Delivery Administrative Assistant reports to the Aircraft Delivery Manager and works closely with customers, aircraft owners, and internal teams throughout the aircraft delivery process.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately and efficiently complete, process, and submit aircraft warranty, registration, and delivery documentation
  • Organize and prepare "fly-away" kits and other materials for each new aircraft delivery
  • Assist the Aircraft Delivery Manager with coordinating and executing the aircraft delivery process
  • Create, distribute, and manage customer satisfaction surveys and related customer experience programs
  • Maintain accurate inventory of materials, supplies, and items provided to customers and aircraft owners
  • Identify opportunities to improve, simplify, and streamline existing processes to increase efficiency and enhance the customer experience
  • Collaborate with internal departments to coordinate aircraft delivery schedules and ensure all required items are completed on time
  • Maintain accurate customer and delivery records and documentation
  • Provide professional and welcoming customer service throughout the delivery process
  • Occasionally provide front desk/reception coverage as needed
  • Perform other administrative and customer support duties as assigned

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM

Required

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 2+ years of relevant administrative, customer service, aviation, or industry experience preferred
  • Professional appearance and a strong commitment to exceptional customer service
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with individuals at all levels of the organization
  • Demonstrated diplomacy, tact, and exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Passion for general aviation and genuine excitement about Epic Aircraft and its products
  • Ability to accurately follow written and verbal instructions and established procedures
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe PDF software
  • Experience with HubSpot or other CRM systems is a plus
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle customer information with professionalism and discretion
  • A positive, enthusiastic, and team-oriented attitude
  • Regular and reliable attendance and the ability to work the scheduled hours are required
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship

Helpful but not required

  • Experience coordinating schedules, events, customer appointments, or complex administrative processes
  • Familiarity with FAA terminology and general aviation practices
  • Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment
  • Private pilot certificate or other aviation-related training is a plus

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to sit, stand, and move around an office and aircraft delivery environment throughout the workday
  • Ability to work in a variety of environments, including an office, aircraft hangar, and manufacturing facility, where there may be varying temperatures and moderate levels of noise
  • Ability to safely navigate stairs, aircraft steps, ladders, and uneven surfaces as needed
  • Must be able to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) when entering designated manufacturing or operational areas

Starting Pay: $25.00/hr. DOE
