Otolaryngologist (Ear, Nose & Throat) – Full or Part-Time opening in CO
Located in Salida, 100m to Colorado Springs
Full Time and Part Time Positions available
An excellent opportunity for an Otolaryngologist to build and practice broad-spectrum ENT in a welcoming, high-trust environment at a 25-bed critical access hospital in the heart of the Rocky Mountains of Colorado.
Position Overview — Why This Role Stands Out
Flexible scheduling: Full-time or part-time options with a collaborative, manageable call schedule
Balanced practice: Dedicated clinic and OR time, with efficient access to surgical facilities
Strong clinical support: Experienced OR team, anesthesia coverage, 24/7 hospitalists, in-house imaging, and seamless collaboration with primary care and specialty colleagues
Stable health system: Physician-led culture, responsive leadership, and streamlined decision-making
Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive adult and pediatric ENT care
Perform sinus evaluation and medical management
Manage ear disease and hearing loss in collaboration with audiology
Diagnose and treat laryngology/voice and swallowing disorders
Evaluate and surgically manage thyroid, parathyroid, and salivary gland conditions (as applicable)
Perform in-office procedures such as laryngoscopy, nasal endoscopy, and other minor interventions
(The final mix of clinic, OR, and in-office procedures can be tailored to your skills and interests.)
