Job Description Heavy Equipment Operators | Starting pay Depending on experience Monday-Friday, 7:00am-5:00pm Aventure Staffing is seeking Heavy Equipment Operators to work for a well established salvage yard in Spencer, IA! Must have experience with running Excavators or similar equipment. Responsibilities:
  • Preparing materials for various production processes
  • Processing materials through equipment including shredders and shears
  • Operating front end loaders/payloaders
Requirements:
  • Experienced with Excavators or similar equipment
  • Able to work in a variety of seasonal climates
  • Reliable, with good attendance
  • Able to lift heavy items frequently
