RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client seeking for a The Mobile Tech Lead in Miami, Fl.
Summary:
The Mobile Tech Lead bridges the gap between software development, product strategy, and team leadership. This role will own the technical architecture of our mobile applications, mentor mobile engineers, and collaborate with product and design teams to deliver scalable, high-performance apps.
Responsibilities:
* Define Technical Vision: Establish the architectural roadmap, design patterns, and coding standards for native iOS (Swift/SwiftUI) and/or Android (Kotlin/Jetpack Compose) or cross-platform (React Native/Flutter) applications
* Hands-on Development: Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code, contributing significantly to core components and complex features
* System Design: Design secure, offline-first, and high-performance mobile architectures with optimized network consumption and efficient local data caching
REQUIREMENTS:
* 5+ years of software development experience with 2+ years focused on mobile engineering (iOS/Android) and technical leadership
* Technical Stack: Deep expertise in native mobile ecosystems (Swift, Objective-C, Kotlin, Java) or modern cross-platform frameworks (Flutter, React Native)
* Architecture Knowledge: Proven track record of designing modular, scalable mobile apps using MVVM, VIPER, or Clean Architecture
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
