Shift: 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM

Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

• Experience with Epic is preferred.

Requirements:

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >60 miles from facility to be submitted.

• 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Medical Solutions Plus Program - (Mountain) CommonSpirit Health and no current placement allowed at Program: Medical Solutions Plus Program - (Mountain) CommonSpirit Health.

• 12 months gap required between for Per Diem at Program: Medical Solutions Plus Program - (Mountain) CommonSpirit Health and no current placement allowed at Program: Medical Solutions Plus Program - (Mountain) CommonSpirit Health.

Unit Details: - Assisting in scrub, monitor, and circulating roles in the department. - Common patient population/diagnoses include STEMI, cardiogenic shock, CAD, PAD, and atrial fibrillation/flutter. - Uses Epic.

Shift & Scheduling: - Weeknight call 1-2/week. - Weekend call 2/6 week pay cycle. - Holiday call required. - Call response time: 30 minutes.

Floating Requirements: - Float within the department; only if there is an extreme need, float in Zone 3: OCH, LUH, SAH, SAN.

Facility holidays: 11/26/2026, 12/25/2026, 01/01/2027. Number of holidays allowed off: 1. Start assignment restriction: 14 days

2 Charge/Lead references required from within the last 12 months

Driver’s license required for submission
