The Android Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality mobile applications, ensuring performance, reliability, and a seamless user experience.
This role requires a strong foundation in Android development along with a solid understanding of testing frameworks and QA practices to deliver robust, production-ready applications.
You will work closely with product managers, designers, QA teams, and backend engineers in an Agile environment to build scalable mobile solutions.
The role also involves contributing to testing strategies, improving application quality, and ensuring smooth integration with backend systems.
Mobile Application Development: Design, develop, and maintain Android applications ensuring performance, scalability, and responsiveness
UI Implementation: Build intuitive and user-friendly interfaces while adhering to design standards and best practices
Testing & QA: Implement and execute UI and functional tests using tools like Espresso, UI Automator, or Jetpack Compose testing frameworks
Agile Development: Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives, ensuring timely and quality deliverables
Code Quality & Best Practices: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to coding standards and review processes
