Edmonton Office is looking for an Office & Project Administrator to support daily operations. The Office & Project Admin will provide project technical and administrative support in a dynamic team environment for both general office tasks as well as project support. Working closely with a manager or team, they will perform all project and office administrative responsibilities as assigned.

Job Duties: Perform technical and administrative duties including, but not limited to: report preparation, presentations, engineering specifications, setting up and maintaining project files in project databases Provide general project administrative support including meeting coordination, setting up and maintaining project files, project closeout, and file retention Provide day to day administrative support to the Fluor Edmonton Office including but not limited to IT requests, workstation set up, building access requests, supply orders, event planning and local implementation in support of global initiatives (HSE Week, Construction Week, Community Engagement weeks etc) Maintain compliance with all applicable policies, procedures, and global standards Plan, organize, and carry out assignments as directed Participate in the Joint Health and Safety Committee (JSHC) Adhere to and support Fluor's Health, Safety & Environmental and Sustainability Policies Effectively develop and apply the Core Skills to the job Other duties as assigned Basic Job Requirements A combination of education and directly related experience equal to seven (7) years EPC or other engineering experience required in a project admin capacity Ability to communicate effectively with audiences that include but are not limited to management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and visitors Job related technical knowledge necessary to complete the job Ability to attend to detail and work in a time-conscious and time-effective manner Other Job Requirements Preferred Qualifications Fluor Canada rewards hard work, knowledge, and commitment.
