What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a flower designer?

To thrive as a Flower Designer, you need a solid understanding of floral design principles, color theory, and plant care, often supported by experience or a certificate in floral design. Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with ownership on creative direction and shop growth initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Moving assistance for qualified candidates.
  • Opportunity to grow with a thriving business — we are currently under construction on our new, state-of-the-art location.

Our Community:
Roanoke and the Blue Ridge Mountains offer stunning natural beauty, abundant outdoor activities, excellent schools and universities, and a more affordable cost of living than larger Virginia cities. Come join a stable, growing company and be part of our exciting next chapter!

  • Median home value ~$229,000.
  • Short average commute: ~17 minutes.
