Flowback Assistant responsibilities:
  • Be always available via telephone.
  • Be able to work/stay away from home for multiple, consecutive days in a row.
  • Follow instructions.
  • Work cooperatively with co-workers.
  • Perform under pressure.
  • Maintain a respectable image.
  • Report Directly to supervisor.
  • Follow company policies.
  • Operate pressure Vessels.
  • Operate pumps and filtration equipment.
  • Drive company trucks and back trailers
  • Rig up/ down flowback iron.
  • Monitor well bore returns and use math to quantify storage tank levels and return rates.
  • Communicate with co-workers and supervisor constantly.
  • Clean/maintain equipment and property.

Physical Requirements:
  • Work 12+ hrs. per day, multiple days consecutively.
  • Withstand extreme weather conditions throughout all seasons.
  • Lift/carry object weighing 50+lbs. (overhead)
  • Co-lift/carry objects weighing 100+ lbs.
