Job description

We're looking to grow!!  Come work for a great family-owned business with great employees and great clients.  

Overall duties include helping with daily operations of a wholesale florist, primarily focusing on sourcing, preparing, and distributing fresh flowers and floral supplies to retail florists, event planners, and other businesses. This role involves inventory management, customer interaction, and ensuring efficient order fulfillment. 

  • Inventory Management:

    Maintaining a well-stocked inventory of fresh flowers and supplies, ensuring proper storage and handling to maintain quality. 

  • Product Preparation:

    Processing and preparing flowers for distribution, including sorting, grading, cleaning, and packaging. 

  • Order Fulfillment:

    Receiving and processing orders from B2B clients, assembling and packaging products according to their specifications, and coordinating delivery. 

  • Customer Service:

    Assisting customers with inquiries, providing recommendations, and processing sales transactions. 

  • General Support:

    Assisting with tasks such as cleaning, organizing, and maintaining the wholesale florist's facilities. 

  • Sales Support:

    May involve assisting with sales efforts, including promoting products and services to potential clients. 

  • Delivery Support:

    In some cases, may involve delivering orders to customers, particularly if the associate has a clean driving record.
