We are a rapidly growing drive-thru coffee shop in the Florida Panhandle, dedicated to serving high-quality coffee and exceptional customer experience. With multiple locations across the region, we are looking for a skilled and reliable Regional Maintenance Employee to ensure our facilities operate smoothly and provide a welcoming environment for our customers and staff.

Job Summary:

The Regional Maintenance Employee will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections across multiple drive-thru coffee shop locations in the Florida Panhandle. This role requires a proactive, hands-on individual with strong technical skills, the ability to troubleshoot issues, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and functionality.

Key Responsibilities:

· Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on equipment, including espresso machines, grinders, refrigeration units, and HVAC systems.

· Perform general facility maintenance, such as plumbing, electrical, and carpentry to ensure locations meet operational and safety standards.

· Respond promptly to emergency repair requests to minimize downtime at any location.

· Coordinate with regional and store managers to schedule maintenance tasks with minimal disruption to daily operations

· Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations at all locations

· Travel between multiple locations in the Florida Panhandle to perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance tasks

· Document all maintenance activities, including work performed and parts used, in a timely and accurate manner.

Qualifications:

· High school diploma or equivalent; technical or trade school certification in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or related field preferred.

· Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, and the ability to troubleshoot.

· Valid drivers license and reliable transportation; willingness to travel within the Florida Panhandle.

· Excellent problem solving skills and attention to detail.

· Ability to work independently and manage time effectively across multiple locations.

· Abilities to lift up to 50lbs and work in various conditions, including confined spaces or outdoor areas.

· Availability for on-call emergency repairs, including some evenings and weekends.

Preferred Skills:

· Experience maintaining drive-thru equipment and systems.

· Familiarity with coffee shop equipment, such as espresso machines or brewing systems.

· Knowledge of local building codes and regulations in the Florida Panhandle.
