Job description

We are seeking an experienced, dependable, hardworking, and detail-oriented team member to join our luxury floral design company. This position involves preparing floral arrangements, processing fresh flowers, maintaining inventory, assisting with deliveries and installations, and helping keep the studio clean and organized.

The ideal candidate enjoys working with their hands, takes pride in producing high-quality work, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Floral experience is a plus but is not required—we are willing to train the right person.

Responsibilities:

·         Process and condition fresh flowers and plants.

·         Assist in the preparation of floral arrangements.

·         Prepare containers, vases, and supplies for production.

·         Help with deliveries and on-site installations as needed.

·         Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

·         Follow instructions and work efficiently as part of a team.

·         Handle products with care and attention to detail.

Qualifications:

·         Reliable and punctual.

·         Positive attitude and strong work ethic.

·         Able to lift up to 50 pounds.

·         Comfortable standing for extended periods.

·         Valid driver’s license with clean driving record required.

·         Ability to work early morning shifts and occasional weekends.
