About Us:
WonDIRful Play Floortime Therapy is dedicated to providing high-quality developmental and therapeutic services for children and families. We focus on relationship-based interventions and believe every child deserves a personalized approach to growth and progress.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate, motivated, and highly skilled Licensed Floortime Provider (QHP) to join our team. This role involves delivering developmental intervention services using the DIR/Floortime® model to support children with developmental and behavioral challenges.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide guidance to Floortime Players to give direct Floortime sessions to children and families, following the DIR® framework.

  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to create individualized treatment plans.

  • Conduct assessments, track progress, and document sessions in compliance with state and agency requirements.

  • Maintain strong communication with parents and supervisors to ensure continuity of care.

  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development.

Requirements:

  • Must be licensed to practice in the state of Illinois (LMFT, LCSW, LCPC, Psychologist, SLP, OT, PT, or equivalent license).

  • Must hold an Advanced Floortime® Certification (ICDL DIR/Floortime Advanced Level).

  • Experience providing services to children with autism spectrum disorder, developmental delays, or related challenges.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Passion for helping children reach their fullest potential.
