Rural King is seeking a Recovery Associate to maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked sales floor while providing excellent customer service. This role focuses on merchandise recovery, replenishment, and maintaining company merchandising standards.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

  • Complete daily department recovery by returning merchandise to the sales floor and replenishing shelves.
  • Organize and display merchandise according to the Indoor Merchandising Guide and department standards.
  • Maintain clean, organized, and safe sales floors and customer areas.
  • Greet customers and assist with product questions, locations, and purchase decisions.
  • Maintain knowledge of featured products and their locations.
  • Safely operate handheld devices, forklifts, pallet jacks, ladders, and other retail equipment.
  • Participate in cross-training and support other departments as needed.
  • Demonstrate Rural King's Values: People First, Integrity, Attitude, Initiative, Teamwork, Accountability, and Continuous Improvement.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift, push, and/or pull 30 pounds repetitively and 31-50 pounds intermittently.
  • Ability to safely use a ladder and pallet jack.
  • Ability to navigate and access all required store facilities.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in person, by phone, and electronically.
  • Close vision required for computer-related activities.

The pay range for this position is determined by factors such as relevant geographic location, education, certifications, experience, job level, shift, and organizational needs. Eligible associates may also receive overtime pay in compliance with applicable laws.
