TC Services, a nationally recognized leader in commercial cleaning, is seeking detail-oriented and reliable Project Manager to join our team in Greenville, SC. As a CIMS-certified janitorial company based in Greenville, we take pride in maintaining high cleaning standards and delivering excellent service.
Position Details
  • Schedule: Full-time Salary
  • Monday to Friday
  • Night shift
  • Day Shift
  • Weekend availability
  • Travel is required
  • Overnight stays
  • Per diem per day when traveling
  • Location: On the Road (travel between job sites)
  • Pay Rate: $48,000 - $55,000

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and perform floor care duties: carpet cleaning, stripping & waxing, buffing, grout cleaning, burnishing, different substrates, and window cleaning
  • Support management with day-to-day operations to ensure timely, high-quality service.
  • Maintain and perform preventative care on floor equipment inside warehouse; report worn or broken equipment promptly.
  • Keep equipment clean and in safe working condition.
  • Secure buildings and company assets upon completing work.
  • Provide training and leadership to other staff when needed.
  • Schedule reoccurring jobs and create schedule for floor techs.
  • Train floor techs when needed.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years of floor care experience
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work independently or lead a small team
  • Ability to train staff on proper floor cleaning techniques
  • Must pass a drug screen, background check, and E-Verify
  • Must be 21+ years old
Physical Requirements
  • Mobility & Balance: Climb ladders, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, stand, and walk for extended periods
  • Strength: Lift and push up to 60 lbs
  • Carry 10-15 lbs on your back for at least one hour
  • Perform repetitive push/pull cleaning motions
  • Communication: Ability to interact professionally with customers and team members
Work Environment
  • Indoor and outdoor work with exposure to weather (heat, cold, rain, humidity)
  • Travel between job sites as required
  • Exposure to cleaning chemicals and operation of power floor equipment
  • Flexible schedule- may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, or holidays depending on client needs
