Design Associate Job Details & Perks:

Design Associate Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop leads from networking opportunities, corporate sponsorships and Home Shows
  • Develop a network of referrals and business partnerships with realtors, property managers, mitigation companies, interior designers and general contractors
  • React, follow up and schedule appointmnts from company-created leads from advertising and lead gen platforms
  • Execute an exciting, dynamic and personable in-home consultation, follow our sales system and close sales in the home!
  • Act as the single point of contact to the customer for all types of flooring service requests
  • Coordinate installation time and communication schedule with Office Manager
  • Communicate customer needs/expectations to Install Manager to make jobs go smoothly
  • Ability to maintain customer relationships and develop key referral sources to generate ongoing business
  • Engage in on-going training/educational requirements (may involve travel at company expense)

Pay: Base salary + commissions. Potential earnings are $60,000 - $100,000 for the average Design Associate. Above-average Design Associates earn $130,000 +.
Structure: The position is offered as a contract role for 120 days with option to hire as a full time employee with benefits.
- first 30 days: hourly pay + training bonus
- days 31 to 120: 7% to 10% commission on sales
- 120+ days: option to become effective hire with salary + commission structure
Compensation: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
