Flooring Customer Service - South Salt Lake
RC Willey is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our Flooring Department. This role works closely with customers, contractors, and internal teams to ensure schedules, documentation, and customer concerns are handled accurately and efficiently.

Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Saturday, 6:30 AM–3:00 PM, with Sundays and one additional weekday off each week

Key Responsibilities    
  • Take calls from customers, contractors, and store associates, providing timely and professional support.
  • Coordinate flooring installation and repair schedules with customers, contractors, and support teams.
  • Prepare and print flooring contracts and assemble all required documentation for contractors’ scheduled installations.
  • Address and resolve customer concerns related to flooring installation issues.
  • Perform accurate data entry, document management, filing, and claims processing.
  • All other duties as assigned

Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with customers, contractors, and internal teams while adapting communication style as needed.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize and multitask.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel; typing speed of at least 45 WPM.
  • Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong teamwork, follow-through, and ability to meet daily goals.
  • Spanish/English bilingual skills are a plus.
