Job Summary:
We're looking for a skilled, dependable Lead Cabinet & Kitchen Remodel Installer to run projects from start to finish. This role is for someone who leads by example, works clean and fast, and takes pride in top-tier results. If that's you, we want to meet.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead full kitchen remodels: cabinets, countertops, tile, flooring, trim, and painting
  • Oversee site safety, organization, and daily progress
  • Interpret plans and deliver precision installs
  • Communicate clearly with team and homeowners
  • Use and maintain all tools; own and prepare materials for projects
  • Guide junior installers and uphold project flow
  • Drive on-time completion through efficiency and high standards

Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of kitchen remodeling or cabinetry experience
  • Strong skills in finish carpentry and molding (required)
  • Comfortable with cabinet tools, design specs, and layout
  • Problem solver, leader, and dependable team player
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Able to lift 75 lbs and work actively on-site

Preferred but not required:
  • Experience in cabinet refacing, painting, or refinishing
  • Leadership or crew management background
  • Spanish fluency

Work Location:
West Atlanta Metro - Powder Springs, Smyrna, Mableton, Hiram and nearby
Schedule:
Monday - Friday (occasional weekends as needed)
