Our client is a well-established, growth-oriented commercial flooring contractor with a strong reputation for execution, professionalism, and long-term customer relationships. They partner with general contractors, developers, and end users on high-profile projects and are known for delivering quality work while maintaining a highly collaborative, team-driven culture.

Pre-Construction & Planning
  • Sales Support: Collaborate with Sales during the pricing phase to provide accurate labor estimates, identify logistical challenges, and recommend means and methods that improve profitability.
  • Site Validation: Conduct pre-job site walks to assess subfloor conditions and verify that material quantities align with actual field conditions.
  • Labor Buy-Out: Secure and manage qualified in-house and subcontract labor based on established project budgets.

Field Execution & Professionalism

  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality execution
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams
  • Comfortable taking ownership and operating with minimal oversight
