Job Description

SBM Site Services is searching for a Floor Technician that can make the floors sparkle and shine! We are hiring a Floor Technician for our facility in Aloha, OR that has experience ensuring customers have clean and orderly commercial or office space. Professional communication with the customers to make sure their expectations are met is essential. 


CORE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Vacuuming

Mopping

Bonneting

Extraction (wet/dry)

Strip & wax floor

Carpet spot removal

Transport equipment, tools and supplies

Move furniture before/after clean 

Communicate changes, progress or problem areas


Qualifications
Experience in the janitorial industry required, with floor/carpet care expertise preferred
A pre-employment background screening and drug test will be required
Available shift: Sunday - Thursday, 6:00pm - 2:30am

The starting pay rate for this position is $11.65 per hour.
