SBM Management is searching for aFloor Technicianthat can make the floors sparkle and shine! We are hiring a Floor Technician that has experience ensuring customers have clean and orderly commercial or office space. Professional communication with the customers to make sure their expectations are met is essential.
Responsibilities
  • Comply with safety rules, policies, and procedures. Stop at risk behaviors in others and self
  • Work with other employees in a team to complete assignments
  • Perform repetitive tasks
  • Maintain clean work area
  • Follow all company procedures, policies, and rules
  • Take direction and respond to supervision
  • Talk with lead, supervisor, co-workers, managers, and customers in a professional manner
  • Fill in during staff shortages, such as in custodial, recycle, or maintenance
  • Support shift lead in completing punch-list items
  • Use proper personal protective equipment that is required for assigned tasks
  • Present a professional appearance and conduct
  • Understand customer service and satisfaction.
  • Understand reporting systems, and of the environment
  • Operate motorized cleaning equipment
  • Maintain daily upkeep of assigned area
  • Perform cleaning and maintenance of all floors: tile, carpet, and brick flooring
