Green Front Furniture, one of Virginia's leading family-owned, customer-focused furniture retailers, is seeking a Floor Crew Member to join our team.
Our Floor Crew plays an important role in creating an outstanding shopping experience. Responsibilities include receiving and preparing merchandise, setting up and maintaining attractive floor displays, and assisting customers with preparing purchases for transport-all while delivering excellent customer service.
Ideal candidates are customer-focused, detail-oriented, and motivated. Retail or merchandising experience is helpful, but a willingness to learn and work as part of a team is essential. Candidates must be able to work independently, communicate effectively, and maintain a sense of urgency. Experience driving a box truck is also preferred.
Requirements:
  • Flexible schedule, Saturdays required
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to pass pre-employment screening and ability to obtain a Medical Examiner's Certificate.
