The ideal candidate will lead and direct the activities necessary to meet client expectations. This is a great opportunity to lead a variety of water resources related projects involving hydrologic and hydraulic modeling and analysis, flood hazard identification/mitigation, Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) studies, Area Drainage Master Studies and Plans (ADMS/P), sediment yield, river mechanics, transportation drainage, and stream stabilization design. Knowledge in the application of FLO-2D is required. - BS in Civil Engineering, AZ Professional Engineer's license.
- Certified Floodplain Manager (CFM) is required or ability to obtain within six months.

- Ability to communicate clearly, including speaking, listening and writing.
