Water Restoration and Mold Remediation Technician 


All Dry Services is here to help. Since 2014, we’ve been serving customers with high quality water, mold, smoke, fire restoration and cleanup services to ensure properties get back to their pre-loss condition. We are launching a new office in the Major Broward County and Doral area and are looking for an experienced water/mold restoration technician who enjoys helping customers through these difficult and stressful events. Build, lead and train your team while growing into the next level with the All Dry family.

Job Position Description:

Water Restoration & Mold Remediation Technician; Responsibilities include:

· Manage job from start to finish, including meeting with the customer, communicating the process, estimating the scope of work, following up to obtain signed authorization, and executing the work while delivering relentless customer service.

· Water Restoration Technician responds 24/7.

· Document the job progress in our cloud-based tool with pictures, logs, e-mails, etc.

· Work with adjusters and follow insurance program guidelines/regulations.

· Be approachable and professional.

· Manage other technicians as applicable.

Qualifications:

*Must have at least 3-5 years of experience in water damage dry-out and/or Mold remediation.

* IICRC WRT/FRT/AMRT/MRSR certifications preferred but not a must.

* Applicants must be honest, organized, reliable, customer-oriented and willing to be part of a team. Most importantly --- have a positive attitude.

* Participation in a weekly rotational on-call schedule for evenings and weekends.

* Physically able to work in PPE including respiratory protection, and carry heavy weight consecutively.

Minimum Job Requirements:*

* Valid driver's license is required.

*Must be able to communicate in English.
