About the Role

As a Doughnut Artist at Pinkbox Doughnuts, you bring the final โ€œwowโ€ factor to every doughnut. Youโ€™ll create our signature designs using proprietary icing, filling, topping, and decorating techniques, ensuring every product looks amazing and meets Pinkbox standards.

Responsibilities

  • Follow decorative recipes and bakery production standards for consistency and quality.
  • Inspect all products and remove any misshapen or imperfect doughnuts (donuts)
  • Properly apply fillings, icings, and toppings
  • Follow portion controls and par levels
  • Understand and follow food allergy procedures and special-order restrictions
  • Maintain awareness of inventory
  • Stock and rotate speed racks and display cases
  • Comply with all safety and sanitation guidelines and procedures
  • Perform additional tasks as requested by Management and as needed to support the shop

Qualifications

  • Prior pastry experience required
  • Must have a County Food Handlerโ€™s Card
  • Legally able to work within State and Federal guidelines

Physical Requirements / Working Conditions

  • Continuous standing and walking throughout the duration of each shift
  • Bending, lifting, and carrying up to 20 pounds
  • Ability to multitask and remain positive in busy working conditions
  • Decorators can expect to work an 8-hour shift on average, including weekends and holidays (most of our shops are 24/7)
  • Comply with brand and Company uniform and hygiene policies
  • Fun, fast-paced, upbeat environment
