Monarch Healthcare Management is seeking compassionate and skilled Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our Float Pool team. This unique opportunity allows you to work at various Monarch communities throughout Minnesota while enjoying the flexibility to pick up shifts based on facility needs.

Position Summary
As a Float Pool RN, you will provide leadership and clinical oversight while delivering high-quality, resident-centered care. Through comprehensive assessments and ongoing evaluation, you will develop individualized care plans that support each resident's physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being. You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and provide guidance to LPNs, CNAs, and other nursing staff to ensure safe, effective, and compassionate care.
Responsibilities include:
  • Performing comprehensive resident assessments and establishing baseline health status
  • Developing, implementing, and updating individualized resident care plans
  • Monitoring resident conditions and responding appropriately to changes in health status
  • Administering medications, treatments, and nursing interventions as prescribed
  • Supervising and supporting LPNs, CNAs, and other nursing personnel
  • Providing clinical leadership and ensuring quality resident care
  • Maintaining accurate and timely documentation
  • Collaborating with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary care teams
  • Supporting resident rights, dignity, independence, and quality of life
  • Delivering care in accordance with Minnesota Board of Nursing standards, the Resident Bill of Rights, and facility policies
  • Contributing to quality improvement initiatives and resident-centered care practices

  • Graduate of a professional nursing education program approved by the Minnesota Board of Nursing
  • Current Minnesota Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing

  • Strong leadership, communication, organization, and critical-thinking skills
