Float Registered Nurse - Float Staffing Pool

SCHEDULE: ( 3) - 12 Hour Midnight Shifts, 7pm - 730am, every third weekend, with some flexibility, and one summer and one winter holiday

As an RN in the Float Staffing Pool, you¿ll provide direct nursing care across various departments, adapting to the unique needs of each patient and unit. You¿ll support multidisciplinary teams, coordinate patient care, and ensure the delivery of high-quality, compassionate healthcare. What You Will Need

Required Qualifications

  • BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date.
  • Registered Nurse credentialed from the Michigan Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
  • Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR required professional licensure at time of hire.
  • ACLS Acute Care Life Support for Critical Care applicants

Preferred Experience

  • RN 2 year hospital with telemetry experience
  • Critical care applicants require 2 year ICU experience and ACLS
