Our most important goal is to provide services to enrich and empower the lives of our residents to live happy, healthy, and fulfilling lives and our DSPs are crucial in achieving that goal. Float DSPs travel among our various programs and receive their schedule on a week-to-week basis and are responsible for filling in at programs based on scheduling needs.
