Job description

Key Responsibilities Assist in developing test objectives, methods, detailed procedures, run cards, scripts, instrumentation requirements, and data collection plans for DT&E and QT&E activities on C 130 platforms. Conduct technical evaluations of requirement documents, system descriptions, and modification proposals; assess system operability, integration, and functionality; and contribute recommendations to improve testability and mission aligned performance. Attend and participate in test planning meetings, working groups, briefings, and TIMs; support preparation of briefing materials and ensure test objectives and support requirements are fully defined.

Develop and staff essential test documentation including MOTs, test plans, CONOPS, flight test cards, interim/final reports, TEMPs, and T&E strategies while coordinating with engineers, analysts, aircrew, logisticians, and support agencies. Support execution of ground and flight tests-when approved, serving as a non rated crewmember-collecting data, validating instrumentation accuracy, conducting analysis, and preparing mission accomplishment and final test reports.Required Qualifications 3 to 10 years of relevant engineering experience in fixed wing developmental or qualification test environments, ideally with C 130 or similar platforms. Demonstrated ability to independently perform test engineering duties including test development, analysis, coordination, and reporting

Experience applying engineering, mathematical, and statistical methods to evaluate aircraft/system performance and validate test adequacy. Familiarity with Air Force test planning processes, safety of test criteria, and coordination requirements across ranges, airspace, aircraft maintenance, instrumentation, and support agencies.Education & Certification Bachelor's or Master's degree in an applicable engineering discipline.Clearance Requirement Active Secret clearance. U.S
