In-Flight Ground Attendant
STAjets - SNA/VNY
STAjets is looking for the right candidate to join our growing team! Fast becoming the leader in corporate charter operations, STAjets has just added additional aircraft with continued growth on the horizon.
We are currently seeking a strong Ground Attendant to join our In-Flight Services Team. If you are goal-oriented, dedicated, proactive, and enjoy a customer-centric culture, we would be delighted to get to know you better.
Position Summary and Responsibilities
  • Assist with coordination of aircraft initial set-up, diagrams, profiles, etc.
  • Assist Flight Crews and Charter department with departing and arriving aircraft. Check amenities, literature, and specific requests. Ensure all stock is fresh and aircraft is clean.
  • Daily Aircraft audits. Check all aircrafts for expired stock, organization, and cleanliness. Report any interior blemishes to PIC and/or In-Flight Service managers.
  • Check aircraft coming in/out of maintenance including weight and balance on/offloading of interior items.
  • Inventory aircraft and prepare lists, provide desired amenities.
  • Dry cleaning/laundry. Verify all items returned from the cleaning service are inventoried. Place verified items in their designated storage area.
  • Restock and clean both stockrooms in SNA and VNY. Shop for necessary items, rotate and organize all amenities, and all boarding snacks/baskets.
  • Check all storage areas including aircraft lockers and cages for organization and cleanliness.
  • Handle any last-minute needs for Charter Department, catering requests, client visits, and aircraft displays.
  • Organize and log daily duties.
  • Keep client and aircraft files organized.
  • Other duties and tasks as assigned
  • Assist with management stockroom inventory

Education
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent

Requirements
  • Must be 21 years of age
  • Pre-employment drug screening and background check.
  • Must have and maintain a valid California Drivers License. Restricted licenses are NOT acceptable for employment at STA Jets.
  • Must be available to work flexible hours, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
  • Must live within 30 miles of the SNA airport
  • Must have previous FBO or aircraft experience

Skills and Abilities
  • Able to work in a high pace industry
  • Basic Word, Excel, and Outlook, preferred
  • Expense all purchases on Expensify App
