State of Play Hospitality brought the concept to the U.S. Flight Club continues to surprise and delight with its ability to bring friends together in a unique, upscale social environment. To date, over 7 million people have tried their hand, and over 550 million darts have been thrown.
 
Position Purpose: 
Servers are responsible for delivering to each guest a unique high-quality experience with passion and knowledge in an energetic atmosphere. They ensure accurate orders of food and beverage are received and delivered properly while being readily available. Servers provide a practical role of ensuring our guests have an excellent time and want for nothing is a vital aspect of our service performance. Our emphasis on product knowledge is essential to deliver an experience above the ordinary. Together our team members work to create an atmosphere of fun in a positive culture of teamwork and hard work. We expect nothing short of greatness and know personality sets us apart.

Listen to the Customer
  • Deliver exceptional service by understanding guestsโ€™ preferences and responding promptly to their needs, leveraging full knowledge of menus, packages and alcohol policies.  
  • Build rapport with guests through excellent communication skills and a welcoming attitude. 
Be Respectful of Company Resources
  • Use the till system responsibly, ensuring accurate transactions and minimizing errors.  
  • Adhere to pre-order processes to reduce waste and streamline operations. 
Show Urgency
  • Execute opening and closing procedures efficiently, ensuring all sections are prepared for service and cleared at the end of the day. 
  • Proactively anticipate guest needs and act quickly to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience. 
Create Positive Energy
  • Foster a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for both guests and colleagues by maintaining a positive attitude during service. 
  • Train new servers to uphold company standards and contribute to a collaborative, high-performing team. 
 
Must be able to pass exams with a 90% or better in each of the following categories:
  • ยง  Food and Beverage 
  • ยง  All issued training testing throughout employment
 
Requirements & Minimum Qualifications 
  • Current food handlers and alcohol certification maintained through employment
  • Minimum of 2 yearsโ€™ experience preferably within a high-volume environment
  • Available to work various shift times and days, including weekends and holidays
  • Able to stand and/ or walk for long periods of time
  • Ability to lift over 50+ lbs. if necessary
  • Authorized to legally work in the US
