Job description

JOB SUMMARY:

The Marketing Flight Attendant for Flight Operations is responsible for preparing the aircraft for demonstration flights including inventory and stocking, prepare and serve meals, ensuring the safety of passengers aboard company aircraft and discuss cabin issues with potential customers in conjunction with the Sales Team.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS):

• Stock, inventory and inspect aircraft prior to departure;
• Check all emergency equipment is onboard
• Coordinate with RSM/ISM on catering details / menu planning;
• Conduct in-flight meal and beverage service;
• Ensure cabin safety in the event of a medical or aircraft emergency;
• Represent DFJ by projecting positive image of the company and the aircraft;
• Be knowledgeable on all facets of Falcon interiors and galleys and be able to present the qualities of each to prospective customers
• Coordinate post flight aircraft cleaning and replenish supplies as required
• Provide written and verbal feedback to PIC, maintenance and supervisor with cabin discrepancies
• Assist In the acceptance of demonstrator aircraft from the completion center
• Assist Spec and Design on cabin reliability and upgrade requirements

NON-PRINCIPAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES (NON-ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS):

• Assist and coordinate passenger travel arrangements and trip activity
• Update catering and customer trip files
• Attend professional meetings and conferences as directed
• Train contract Employees on an as needed basis
• Perform collateral duties as assigned by Senior Director or Chief Pilot

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School graduate or G.E.D.
• Initial aviation safety and emergency training / CPR
• Professional and neat appearance
• Articulate in speech and written correspondence
• Ability to work directly with sales personnel as a team member

ADDITIONAL DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• Good Microsoft office skills
• Culinary Training
• 2-year college degree

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING ENVIRONMENT:

• Domestic and international flight assignments to include extended time away from home base
• Attendance at air shows, conventions and seminars
• Flexible work days and hours to accommodate the operational needs of the Flight Department
• Balance and coordination of administrative and flight duties required

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:

The compensation for this position typically falls at $900 per day. This position is not eligible for overtime.

Note: the final compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and years of relevant experience, Falcon-specific experience, relevant education/certifications, geographic location, and shift.
