What is a Flight Benefits job?

A Flight Benefits job typically refers to a position with an airline, airport, or travel-related company that offers employees free or discounted airfare as a perk. These jobs can include roles in customer service, operations, reservations, or as a flight attendant. This perk is highly valued in the airline industry for its travel opportunities, but it requires adaptability and awareness of airline policies.
