Bluestone Executive Search has been retained by a National Retailer looking for an innovative Ecommerce Marketing Manager to propel their Website marketing, Email and Social Media initiatives to a "best in class" status. This includes promotional marketing, retention marketing and customer acquisition aspects within marketing activities. 

Job Description

  An integral component required to succeed in this position will be the incumbent's ability to obtain alignment from all key stakeholders while being a staunch advocate for providing our customers a world class shopping experience.   The Manager will develop promotional real estate throughout the site and constantly drive optimization as well as manage 3rd party relationships and retargeting marketing.  They will also set and determine appropriate email contact strategy for multiple sub-segments of the current and in-active customer base including optimization and deployment.  They will Lead Social Media Marketing Strategy, monitor, create content and respond to social media posts on Facebook, Twitter, Google+, Pinterest, Yelp, MySpace, LinkedIn, YouTube and Flickr.
