Position Summary 
FlexTG is expanding our Field Service Technician and is looking for skilled, customer-focused professionals to join us.
 
In this role, you’ll manage your own service territory, performing maintenance and repair of office equipment while delivering a high level of customer satisfaction. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, problem-solving, and working independently in the field.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain office equipment to maximize uptime
  • Respond to service calls and complete customer visits efficiently
  • Communicate clearly with customers to ensure a positive service experience
  • Manage daily workload and prioritize service requests effectively
  • Perform preventative maintenance and diagnose mechanical, electrical, and basic networking issues
  • Maintain accurate service records and communicate updates with internal teams
 
Minimum Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Strong troubleshooting ability with independent problem-solving skills
  • Mechanical and electrical aptitude
  • Basic computer and analytical skills
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks (pulling, lifting, reaching, transporting equipment)
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Reliable vehicle
 
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior experience maintaining and repairing office equipment
  • Knowledge of basic networking concepts
  • Experience in a field service or customer-facing technical role
