RESUMEN GENERAL(SUMMARY):

Desempenar operaciones de ensamblaje repetitivo a soluciones de droga intravenosa como por ejemplo: Sodium Chloride , Dextrosa de acuerdo al Bill of Materials, Blue Prints, Specs y SOPs siguiendo las Buenas Practicas de Manufactura, Documentacion, Calidad, Seguridad y Ambiental. Se asegura de que el producto tenga todos sus componentes. Inspecciona el producto en todas las etapas de manufactura.

TAREAS Y RESPONSABILIDADES (DUTIES AND RESPONSABILITIES):

El empleado debera interactuar y rotar en cada area de trabajo asignada con el debido adiestramiento segun los procesos de Baxter.

Verificar que las piezas a usarse sean las apropiadas y que esten en buenas condiciones.

Llenar cada bolsa de IV con la solucion especificada segun establecido en el SOP

Ensamblar el "enhance clousure" manualmente a las bolsas de IV segun especifique Bill of Material, Specs y SOPs que apliquen.

Suplir el material a la linea cuando sea necesario.

Organizar todas las bolsas en la misma posicion en la correa de produccion.

Inspeccionar cada bolsa plastica de IV para garantizar un 100% de calidad (cero defectos). (Ej. lote, codigo, impresion en general, numero de 'batch', particulas).

Organizar todas las bolsas y cubrir con la sobre bolsa ('over pouch') segun especifique Bill of Material, Specs y SOPs que apliquen.

Sellar cada sobre bolsa ("over pouch") con la maquina requerida por ejemplo: (DOBOY).

Poner los "over pouch" en el 'truck' especificado segun el patron que aplica para el producto (aplica para SSL solamente).

Inspeccionar cada bolsa en un fondo blanco y negro para ver si existen particulas y segregar, de ser requerido. Asegurarse que sea un producto sin defectos.

Empacar las unidades, sellar, pesar y paletizar cajas del producto final segun especifique Bill of Material, Specs y SOPs que apliquen. (aplica para SSL solamente)

Las tareas pueden variar segun la operacion del proceso de manufactura. La rotacion entre operaciones es requerida.

Mantener el area de trabajo organizada y limpia de acuerdo a los procedimientos de la operacion.

Informa cualquier condicion insegura en el area de trabajo, asi como cualquier desviacion en el funcionamiento normal del equipo del area de trabajo.

Cumplir en todo momento con las Buenas Practicas de Manufactura (GMP), Buenas Practicas de Documentacion (GDP) con las reglas de la compania y regulaciones de EHS.

Responsable por las continuas inspecciones de EHS para identificar y corregir peligros de seguridad y aspectos ambientales. Seguir los procedimientos aplicables, y analizar los incidentes de EHS (incluyendo las fallas cercanas) para encontrar las causasy tomar acciones correctivas.

DEMANDA FISICA (PHYSICAL DEMANDS):

Trabajo Mediano: Ejerce de 20 lbs hasta 50 lbs. de fuerza ocasionalmente, y/o de 10 lbs. hasta 25lbs. de fuerza frecuentemente, y/o una cantidad insignificante mayor 10 lbs. de fuerza constantemente para levantar, cargar, empujar, halar y mover objetos. Las demandas de los requerimientos fisicos exceden los del Trabajo Liviano. Acorde con la tarea de inspeccion visual, se requiere cumplir con los requerimientos visuales atados al analisis del "Physical Task Demand" (Demanda Fisica del Puesto). Requiere de buenas destrezas motoras.

Ambiente de trabajo: Mientras se desempena las tareas de este trabajo, el empleado estara expuesto a frio y potencialmente equipos y piso semi-mojado, tambien a partes mecanicas en movimiento y en algunas areas con quimicos.

Equipo de seguridad: El incumbente debe de utilizar el equipo apropiado para poder cumplir con las politicas y procedimientos externos e internos. (Ej. Zapatos de seguridad, gafas, uniformes, 'ear plugs', entre otros).

EDUCACION Y/O EXPERIENCIA (EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE):

Diploma de Escuela Superior. Dos (2) anos (o su equivalente) de estudios universitarios preferible.

CUALIFICACIONES/DESTREZAS (QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS):

Conocimientos basicos en computadoras. Conocimiento basicos de programas de computadora como MS Office Poder entender y manejar interfaces de equipo y operador ("Man-Machine Interface") Destreza en comprension de lectura, buena redaccion y documentacion. Excelente comunicacion y destrezas interpersonales. Disponible para trabajar horas extra cuando sea requerido. Capaz de manejar multiples tareas al mismo tiempo. Orientado al trabajo en equipo.

IDIOMAS (LANGUAGES):

Espanol - Leer y Escribir. Conocimiento basico del idioma ingles (leido y hablado)
