Are you detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about producing high-quality work? We're seeking a Data Entry Specialist to support critical enrollment and administrative processes in a fast-paced environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, maintaining accuracy, and contributing to operational success.
In this role, you'll play an important part in ensuring customer information is processed efficiently and accurately while supporting a variety of administrative functions.
What You'll Do

  • Accurately enter alphanumeric data from paper and electronic documents into multiple systems.
  • Review, verify, and audit enrollment forms for completeness and accuracy.
  • Track enrollment activity and maintain reporting spreadsheets.
  • Assist with enrollment setup processes and related correspondence.
  • Identify data discrepancies and escalate issues when appropriate.
  • Complete daily production and tracking reports.
  • Support quality assurance and auditing activities to maintain data integrity.
  • Assist with scanning, mail processing, fulfillment, and other operational support functions.
  • Recommend process improvements that enhance efficiency and accuracy.
What We're Looking For
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 3 years of data entry, administrative, or related experience.
  • Proven experience performing high-volume alphanumeric data entry with strong accuracy.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Basic math skills, including percentages, ratios, and data interpretation.
  • Previous quality review, auditing, or compliance experience is a plus.
