AWS (Might be flexible on this depending on if candidate is a Rockstar)
Strong communicator

Resume highlights:
Body of work
Candidate should be able to articulate in plain non-technical English, what they did and what they brought to the table. Get the project write up in recent 2-3 assignments on what the requirement and what the deliverable were.
