Dev10 is seeking a Software Developer for a full-time position requiring relocation anywhere in the continental United States. This is a career-launching opportunity for individuals with foundational technical skills who are eager to become professional Software Developers. Dev10 provides a paid, immersive training program to upskill motivated learners, followed by two years of project experience as a Dev10 Consultant.

You will train in-demand technologies including Java, Spring, MySQL, REST, and React. Responsibilities: Complete an immersive, hands-on technical training program led by Senior Engineers Work for up to two years as a Dev10 consultant on a variety of client projects Develop and maintain software applications and solutions for enterprise clients Collaborate with project teams in an Agile environment Requirements: Willingness to relocate anywhere in the continental United States Authorization to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship Bachelor's degree Minimum 6 months of programming experience from academic coursework, projects, or professional work in languages such as Java, Python, C, C#, C++, JavaScript, R, SQL, or similar A recent STEM degree (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline) OR 12+ months of professional work experience in finance, healthcare, banking, insurance, hospitality, or aviation Desired skills: Passion for learning and a strong interest in a Software Development career Strong logic and reasoning skills Clear communication and collaboration abilities A team-oriented mindset Pay and Benefits: Paid training stipend of $600 per week for 3-4 months Post-training hourly pay rate of $24.04 (~$50,000 annually) or $28.85 (~$60,000 annually) depending on assigned location $2,500 relocation assistance Comprehensive benefits including health, vision, dental, 401(k), and paid time off If you have the described qualifications and are interested in this exciting opportunity, please apply!
