• Uphold professional standards of confidentiality and ethical practice in alignment with guidelines from relevant professional associations.
• Deliver individual and group counseling and psychotherapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based methodologies tailored to facilitate emotional and psychological growth.
• Engage actively in weekly staff meetings to collaborate on treatment planning, case reviews, and share best practices within the team.
• Document client progress and maintain comprehensive clinical records, ensuring that all documentation is completed efficiently following client sessions.
• Perform additional responsibilities as directed to support the overall goals of our mental health programs.

Your primary focus will be on a diverse client population, including college students and community members facing a range of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, and stress-related issues. Understanding the unique needs and experiences of this demographic is key to fostering a supportive therapeutic environment and enabling clients to thrive.

• A Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.
• Must possess an independent license such as LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT.
• Proficiency in completing progress notes and clinical records effectively after client interactions.

We value candidates who have prior experience in college mental health counseling or working with young adults. Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and the unique dynamics of remote counseling will be advantageous. Skills in crisis intervention, group therapy facilitation, and culturally competent care are highly desirable.
