Maintenance Technician – FullTime or PartTime

St. Barnabas Health System – Gibsonia, PA
Starting Pay: $18–$22 per hour - Highly qualified candidates are eligible for higher salary considerations.

St. Barnabas Health System is seeking a reliable, handson Maintenance Technician to support our campus facilities and ensure a safe, wellmaintained environment for residents, staff, and visitors. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problemsolving, takes pride in quality workmanship, and wants to contribute to a missiondriven organization with more than 100 years of service to Western Pennsylvania.

We are hiring fulltime and parttime technicians, and welcome applicants who are retired or semiretired and looking for steady, rewarding work in a supportive environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Perform routine building maintenance, repairs, and inspections
  • Troubleshoot issues involving electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general building systems
  • Support preventative maintenance programs to ensure safety and efficiency
  • Complete work orders professionally and in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with a dedicated facilities team committed to excellence and service
  • HVAC experience is a plus — but if you don’t have it, we will train you.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in building maintenance, facilities, or a skilled trade
  • Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to work independently
  • A positive, customerservice mindset
  • Ability to lift, carry, and perform physical tasks as needed
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Reliability, professionalism, and alignment with the St. Barnabas mission
